Letter From Membership Vice President

Hello Potential New Members,

I am so happy that you found your home here at Bowling Green State University. These four short years will fly by and to find a sisterhood that will last a lifetime is an incredible opportunity that Bowling Green State University offers. Although it can be intimidating going through recruitment, BGSU’s Panhellenic Council makes it a rewarding and welcoming process. We are looking forward to meeting you!

At the Beta Mu chapter of Alpha Xi Delta, we hope to help each sister realize her potential. I am so proud to be surrounded by my confident, intelligent, charismatic, authentic, and beautiful sisters. Alpha Xi Delta is filled with passionate women who genuinely support one another, push each other to achieve goals, and enjoy spending quality time with each other. Our sisters enjoy taking part in academics, philanthropic events, and social activities, as each one of these is fundamental to the chapter. During my time here at Alpha Xi Delta I am so grateful for all the friendships and memories I have made and look forward to watching my sisters grow in years to come.

To me, Alpha Xi Delta truly means sisterhood and growth. I cannot believe that sitting here today the self-discovery and accomplishments I have been able to achieve and still striving for with the help from Alpha Xi Delta. The support from my sisters has allowed me to grow and realize my true authentic self, I continue to grow in Alpha Xi Delta every day. As a sophomore, my favorite part of this chapter is watching my sisters of all ages blossom and further their love for one another and the chapter. Reflecting on my freshman-year self, who was nervous to go through recruitment, signed up to find a sisterhood that would help me grow. My experience with Alpha Xi Delta has been life-changing and has provided me with forever friendships and has given me the self-discovery and growth to help me realize my potential. 

Bowling Green State University recruitment is a truly heartwarming experience.
